Abstract
Latar Belakang: Tuberculosis adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu mengurangi secret adalah Fisioterapi Dada. Dari terapi fisioterapi dada klien dapat mengeluarkan dahak dengan menggunakan Teknik batuk efektif tanpa membuat masalah baru seperti iritasi. Tujuan: untuk terapi fisioterapi dada dapat memudahkan klien untuk mengeluarkan secret dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan ekspansi paru agar klien dapat bernafas dengan normal. Hasil: Dalam pemberian intervensi selama 3x pertemuan, klien mendapat kemudahan dalam mengeluaran secret. Kesimpulan: Analisis terapi ini menunjukkan hasil yang baik dimana klien dengan masalah keperawatan yang berhubungan dengan adanya penumpukan secret mengalami perubahan pada jalan dan pola nafas, dan mengalami kemudahan untuk mengeluarkan secret. -------------------------------------------------- Background: Tuberculosis is a contagious infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Efforts that can be made to help reduce secretions are Chest Physiotherapy. From chest physiotherapy, the client can expel phlegm using effective coughing techniques without creating new problems such as irritation. Purpose: for chest physiotherapy therapy can make it easier for clients to issue secrets and increase efficiency and lung expansion so that clients can breathe normally. Result: In giving the intervention for 3x meetings, the client has the convenience of issuing secrets. Conclusion: The analysis of this therapy shows good results where clients with nursing problems associated with secretions experience changes in the airway and breathing patterns and experience ease of secreting the secretions.
