Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi seperti saat ini banyak persaingan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya peningkatan mutu pelayanan sehingga menghasilkan pelayanan kesehatan yang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian Mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Perawat Di RSUD Jayapura. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode survey dengan pendekatan Explanatory Research atau penelitian penjelasan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat melalui pengujian hipotesis, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 82 orang. Hasil Gaya Kepemimpinan di RSUD Jayapura terbanyak terdapat pada gaya kepemimpinan demokratis sebanyak 63 orang (76.8%). Semangat Kerja di RSUD Jayapura terbanyak terdapat pada kategori semangat sebanyak 76 orang (92.7%). Kesimpulan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap semangat kerja di RSUD Jayapura ================================================================================================ In this area of globalization, there is a lot of competition in health care. Therefore it is necessary to increase the quality of services so as to produce maximum health services. The research objective was to find out whether there was an influence of leadership style on the work spirit of the nures at RSUD Jayapura. This research method uses a survey method research approach or explanatory research to explain the relationship between the independent variable an the dependent variable through hypothesis testing, the population and sample in this study were 82 people. The result of the most leadership styles in Jayapura Regional Hospital were found in democratic leadership styles as many as 63 people (76,8%). The most enthusiasm for work at the Jayapura Regional ws in enthusiasm (92,7%). The conclusion is that there is on influence between leadership style and morale at Jayapura Regional Hospital.
