Abstract

Diare merupakan suatu kumpulan dari gejala infeksi pada saluran pencernaan yang dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa organisme seperti bakteri, virus dan parasit. Beberapa organisme tersebut biasanya menginfeksi saluran pencernaan manusia melalui makanan dan minuman yang telah tercemar oleh organisme tersebut, dengan demikian perlu dilakukan pencegahan terhadap penyakit diare (KemenKes RI,2017). Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Dengan Kejadian Diare Pada Anak Usia 6-12 Tahun Di Puskesmas Unurum Guay Kabupaten Jayapura.Metode penelitian, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif,dengan jumlah populasi adalah 226 anak dengan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 44 anak berusia 6 – 12 tahun, penelitian di laksanakan pada bulan Juli - Agustus 2020.Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh responden dengan usia > 30 tahun adalah sebanyakk 24 responden (54,5 %), tingkat pendidikan kurang dari < SD ada 28 responden (63,6%), pekerjaan yaitu tidak bekerja berjumlah 43 responden (97,7%), penghasilan keluarga tertinggi Rp< 500.000 yaitu 23 responden (52,3%), bahwa responden pada kelompok anak umur 8 Tahun adalah sebanyakk 14 anak (47,7%). dan jenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 23 anak (52,3%),pengetahuan cukup berjumlah 23 responden (52,3%), sikap baik berjumlah 41 responden (93,3%), kurang baik 3 responden (6,8%),tindakan baik berjumlah 44 responden (100%). ========================================================================================= Diarrhea is a collection of symptoms of infection in the digestive tract that can be caused by several organisms such as bacteria, viruses and parasites. Some of these organisms usually infect the human digestive tract through food and drinks that have been contaminated by these organisms, thus it is necessary to prevent diarrheal diseases (KemenKes RI, 2017). Research Objectives To determine the description of the level of knowledge of mothers with the incidence of diarrhea in children aged 6-12 years at the Unurum Guay Public Health Center, Jayapura Regency. The research method, this type of research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a total population of 226 children with a sample of 44 children aged 6-12 years, the research was carried out in July - August 2020. The results of the research obtained by respondents with age> 30 years were 24 respondents (54.5%), education level less than <SD there were 28 respondents (63.6 %), the work that is not working is 43 respondents (97.7%), the highest family income is Rp <500,000, namely 23 respondents (52.3%), that the respondents in the 8 year old group are 14 children (47.7% ). and male gender as many as 23 children (52.3%), sufficient knowledge amounted to 23 respondents (52.3%), good attitude totaled 41 respondents (93.3%), less good 3 respondents (6.8% ), good actions amounted to 44 respondents (100%).
