Abstract

Kepuasan kerja pegawai akan mempengaruhi kinerja dan motivasi pegawai. Kepuasan kerja terbentuk atas interaksi dalam lingkungan kerja dan kondisi pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efektivitas kepemimpinan dan struktur tugas dengan kepuasan kinerja kerja pegawai di kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang pada Bulan Juni–Juli 2020. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α=0,05 (CI 95%). Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara efektivitas kepemimpinan (p=0,000) dan struktur tugas (p=0,002) terhadap kepuasan kinerja kerja pegawai di kantor Dinas Kesehatan Pegunungan Bintang. Struktur tugas yang jelas dan proporsional perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. ______________________________________________________________ Employee job satisfaction will affect employee performance and motivation. Job satisfaction is formed from interactions in the work environment and working conditions. This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership effectiveness and task structure with job satisfaction in the District Health Office of Bintang Mountains. This study used a quantitative method design with a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted at the Health Office of the Gunung Bintang Regency in June-July 2020. The research sample was 60 people who were selected using the total sampling technique. Bivariat analysis was performed using the chi square test with a significance level of α=0.05 (95% CI). The results showed that there was a relationship between leadership effectiveness (p=0.000) and task structure (p=0.002) on job satisfaction at the Bintang Mountains Health Office. A clear and proportional task structure needs to be done to improve employee performance and job satisfaction.
