Abstract
HIV atau penyakit Human Immunodeficiency Virus adalah suatu jenis virus yang mengganggu fungsi sel darah putih pada tubuh manusia sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kekebalan tubuh. Penurunan kekebalan ini akan menyebabkan munculnya beberapa gejala penyakit yang berkembang menjadi penyakit AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Sindrome). Batuk efktif merupakan suatu metode batuk dengan benar, dimana klien dapat menghemat energi sehingga tidak mudah lelah. Tujuan Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir Ners (KIAN) ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan Analisis Praktik Klinik Keperawatan pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan intervensi Batuk Efektif Di Ruang Penyakit Dalam Wanita RSUD Jayapura. Hasil analisis didapatkan adanya pengaruh dalam pemberian terapi batuk efektif dalam mengatasi masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas pada pasien HIV/AIDS. ________________________________________________________________ HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus disease is a type of virus that disrupts the function of white blood cells in the human body, causing a decrease in immunity. This decrease in immunity will cause the appearance of several symptoms of disease that develop into AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome). Effective cough is a method of coughing correctly, where clients can save energy so they don't get tired easily. The aim of writing this Ners' Final Scientific Paper (KIAN) aims to present the Analysis of Nursing Clinical Practices in HIV / AIDS patients with Effective Cough Interventions in the Women's Internal Medicine Room at the Jayapura Hospital. The results of the analysis showed that there was an influence in providing effective cough therapy in overcoming the problem of ineffective airway clearance in HIV / AIDS patients.
