Abstract

This research aims to find out about a disciplined review of the effectiveness of employee work at the Obaa District Office in the District of Mappi in carrying out government duties in the work effectiveness of Obaa District Employees and finally the inhibiting factors faced by the district government community in the effectiveness of the workforce of the District Obaa District Office Mappi. This research was carried out in the Obaa District. Data collection was carried out with library research techniques and field research consisting of observations and interviews. Resource persons are determined through purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques with informants from the District Head, or district officers and staff. The Obaa District Office, while the resource persons from the community are the Obaa District community. Then the data is processed using Interactive data analysis techniques that produce in-depth conclusions. The results of the study aimed that the implementation of a Disciplinary Review of the Effectiveness of Employee Work at the Obaa District Office in Mappi District which was carried out in the Obaa District had been carried out well but not maximally. This is caused by the lack of knowledge owned by District Employees so that Discipline Against Employee Work Effectiveness. Another finding is that these supporting factors are a good response from the community in the Obaa District and the support provided by the government with the provision of offices for the Obaa Government and financial support for the District government in operational activities.
